During your time at Y42 you’ll receive a bespoke, holistic approach to reprogram your mind and body with the most effective tools available today including:
1-2-1 Coaching that incorporates neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), creative visualisation, mindset hacks and practical psychology to guide life direction, purpose and increase abundance
Hypnosis including a fire ceremony to reprogram your subconscious and rewrite your limiting beliefs
Breathwork sessions to release emotional traumas and limiting patterns that hold you back
Yoga and meditation to help manage stress, strengthen mental focus and increase physical vitality
Breathing techniques that incorporate the Wim Hof method to help you stay ‘present’, deal with intense and stressful situations such as an ice bath and gain more mental clarity and focus
Y42 Retreat features various techniques including breathwork, yoga, hypnosis, 1-2-1 coaching, releasing and detoxing to help you find yourself and fully reconnect in order to live a much happier and more fulfilled life.
Yoga at Y42 is guided by hosts Karl and Rohini Emanuelsson who have had years of experience in various yoga techniques. As well as stretching out the body, the practice will carry you through the day, releasing tension and stress and calming your mind. Expect live music – rock star yoga is done to the sounds of live acoustic guitar. You’re encouraged to dance before every session too.
Thanks to the exercises and tools on retreat, you’ll start to heal from past trauma or current events that you need to work through. One-to-one coaching will include neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), creative visualisation, mindset hacks and practical psychology. Learning from your past mistakes or current (not so great) habits ensure you grow in the long-term. Expect to identify areas where you could improve and reconnect with yourself. You’ll be guided through a journey that aims to increase your clarity and you’ll tackle your fears and limiting beliefs in the form of ice baths. Expect to tap into your creative side with some dancing, and see your self-consciousness ebb away as you reconnect with your inner child and get playful.
The retreat kicks starts with a two day detox process that involves cleansing the mind, soul and physical body of toxins and harmful energy. You’ll have fresh juices, soups and broths, and be encouraged to reduce your time on electronics to give you a digital detox.
